Jun 7th, 2025 Notice of Partial Format Change in Invoice

The format of the qualified invoice, issued via the “Invoice” section of the management dashboard, will be partially modified.

Key Modifications

• Two new reference values have been added:

Important Notes (1)

The fields “Ref: Amount (tax excluded)” and “Ref: Tax” are provided as reference values based on the tax-inclusive amount.

The final tax amount is calculated based on the requirements of the qualified invoice system (適格請求書等保存方式) using the formula:
Tax-Inclusive Amount ÷ 110% × 10%

As a result, the final consumption tax calculated from the total amount (12,829 JPY) may differ from the sum of the individual fees' consumption tax amounts (12,836 JPY). The consumption tax amount applicable under the qualified invoice system is calculated based on the total amount, please refer to that value.

If you need to reconcile the consumption tax per fee with your own data, please extract the data from the “Reports” section of the KOMOJU management dashboard and compare accordingly.

Important Notes (2)

For any invoices that have already been downloaded at least once prior to June 7, the previously existing format will continue to be applied even if they are downloaded again after June 7.

Invoices downloaded for the first time on or after June 7 will reflect the updated format described above.
